PYM Group, Inc., reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for the processing of a returned non custom product. All returns must be preauthorized by a member of the Customer Service Team. Also, all returns must be labeled with an appropriate RMA number.
"Non Custom" product:
Defined as: Standard offering that can be brought back and resold to other customers.
"Custom" products are not covered under this policy.
Defined as: A unique product produced for a specific customer that cannot be sold to other customers.
